About the hotel

Established in 1854, the Queens Hotel is a magnificent Victorian building overlooking, Crystal Palace.

The Crystal Palace National Sport Centre,and Selhurst Football Grounds are in walking distance. Central London (12.9 km/ 8 miles) and Croydon (4.8 km/ 3 miles) are in easy reach. The hotel offers light food and beverage throughout the day. Our banqueting and meeting facilities can accommodate up to 800 guests at any time. Unusually for London, we provide free parking and the hotel is not located in Congestion Charge Zone. Please contact the hotel for further information.

The hotel?s main function room, the Balmoral Suite caters for up to 550 guests. With its own bar, toilet, staging and up to date light system, it makes an ideal venue for both private and business events.

All bedrooms can be reached by lift and are individually and comfortably furnished to provide the best of today's amenities, with en suite facilities. Additionally the hotel has stunning suites.

The Queens bar has an excellent reputation for great service. A standard continental breakfast is inclusive during your stay.

Important Information

Bookings of 5 rooms or more will be considered as a group booking. For these, the hotel will charge one night's stay as a deposit on the booking date. Cancellation for group bookings will be 28 days, after this point the money will be non-refundable.
