Welcome to Lyndricks House situated just 1 mile from the World Famous Ascot Race Course and other major attractions like Windsor Castle, Legoland, Thorpe Park, Virginia Water Lake, Hampton Court, Bracknell, Wentworth & Sunninghill Golf Courses. A family run guesthouse that has recently been refurbished to high standards that compliment its beautiful surroundings making it an ideal place to stay for both business and pleasure. Just 25 minutes from Heathrow Airport, 10 minutes from the major motorways M3, M4, M25 and in close proximity of main business areas such as Bracknell, Camberley, Egham, Guildford, Reading, Staines, Windsor and Woking.
As the guesthouse has been refurbished recently, we have ensured that we are able to raise the bar higher for in-room services. There is a wide variety available in the rooms, details of the same can be found below to make your stay more comfortable and relaxing:
Fresh Fruit : On a daily basis, fresh fruit are replenished in the room, to make your stay healthier.
Fridge : Each room has a fridge which allows you to keep a variety of drinks and food items.
In-room Breakfast : Continental breakfast including breakfast rolls, cereals, milk, juice, butter, marmalade, tea / coffee / hot chocolate are all in the room, so that every morning breakfast can be enjoyed at one's leisure.
Television : All the key terrestrial channels can be viewed from the comfort of your bed with a remote in your hand.
Hot Beverages ? All rooms are fully equipped with a kettle and Tea, Coffee, Hot Chocolate plus biscuits.
Taxi : Whenever you want a taxi, let us know and we will order a Mini Cab for your journey.
In case you feel that there is something else that you require to make your stay more comfortable, then let us know at the time of check in / reservation and we will endeavour to have it organised.

- After 1.1 miles take the 4th exit off the roundabout onto A308 (Albert Road). - 0.9 miles / 1.5 km.
- After 0.9 miles take the 1st exit off the roundabout onto A332. - 792 yards / 724 m.
- Continue straight onto A332 (Sheet Street Road). - 4 miles / 6.5 km.
- You are entering Ascot.
- After 4 miles take the 2nd exit off the roundabout onto A330 (Winkfield Road). - 439 yards / 401 m.
- Turn left onto The Avenue. - 433 yards / 396 m.
- Follow the road round to the end.
- Guest house on your right. (This is the corner of The Avenue and Kennel Ride.)
- You have arrived at your destination.
From M3:
- Leave the M3 at junction 3 and go straight ahead onto roundabout following signs for Woking, Lightwater, Bracknell, A322 - 412 yards / 377 m.
- After 412 yards take the 1st exit off the roundabout onto A322 - 0.8 miles / 1.3 km.
- Continue straight on A332 (Swinley Road) - 2.5 miles / 4.1 km.
- Continue straight onto A332 (Kings Ride) - 1.4 miles / 2.2 km.
- After 1.4 miles take the 1st exit off the roundabout onto A330 - 439 yards / 401 m.
- Turn left onto The Avenue - 433 yards / 396 m.
- Follow the road round to the end.
